Our Rooms
Mare
Inspired by the close by Adriatic Sea, this room reflects the lightness and airiness with its soft and fresh colors. A bathroom with a large shower, WC and washbasin is at your disposal. The bed is boxspring with 180×200 cm, separated mattresses (30 cm high) with soft topper and light and fluffy bed linen. The view from the window into the fields with the olive trees and the quietness guarantee a quiet sleep and a relaxed wake-up in the morning.
Sole
This room reflects the colors of the sun in all tim es of the day. From shiny yellow to brillant white, from lightly yellow ocher to red chalk. The bathroom is large with bidet and WC, Shower and washbasin, daylight from two windows. Beds are 180x200cm with separated mattresses (30cm high) with soft topper and light and fluffy bed linen. This room shows to the via Umberto I, which leads you to the Piazza.
Oliva
A room named after the ever-green trees for which Cartoceto is famous for. The colors reflect the nature and all sides of green around you. Outfitted with antique furniture from the 19th century, this room was in ancient times the room of the mayor of the village. With a view to the garden and the olive gardens, this room has a large external bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and washbasin for exclusive use, only 5m from the room.
Terra
The former room of the local priest (right beside the one of the mayor…) with its warm and soft colors, invites you for a relaxing sleep and fresh wake-up in the morning. Rests of ancient wallpaintings have been discovered during the renovation works and saved for our times and the future. The bed is boxspring with 180×200 cm, separated mattresses (30 cm high) with soft topper and light and fluffy bed linen. An ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, washbasin completes the wellbeing.

Room rates per room per night,
including breakfast:

- Double room with external bathroom: € 100,–
All rates are to understand with double occupancy. No additional beds in the room available!
- Double room with en-suite bathroom for sole use: € 80,–
- Double room with external bathroom for sole use: € 65,–
Kids as of 12 years are charged with full rates.
Please be informed, that Villa Cartoceto is not equipped to host kids under 12 years.
We offer four cozy double rooms with private bathrooms, three with en suite and one of them external…only some steps from your room.
The boxspring beds are 180x200m with divided, 30 cm high mattresses, hygienic encasing, fluffy toppers and, during the “colder” season, covered with duvets. (In summer time with light cotton sheets.)
In the bathroom a large shower, bidet, WC and original tiles are the start of a great day to spend in Cartoceto and surroundings. Fleecy towels and bathrobes are at your disposal.
